Warren is a CFA charter holder and an admitted attorney, having completed his articles at Werksmans attorneys. In February 2000, Warren joined the recently formed corporate finance division of Corpcapital Limited. He participated in the 2003 management buy-out of that business to form Java Capital, where he was an executive director until his departure at the end of 2016.

 

Warren was a non-executive director of The Pivotal Fund Limited from 2012 until its listing on the JSE’s main board in December 2014 and has been a non-executive director of the LSE and JSE listed Stenprop Limited since 2017.
